FEEDBACK
We have yet to receive any significant relative feedback. We maintain that all feedback is welcome and will be given due consideration.
CONSULTATIONS
All persons were invited to share feedback and/or consult on any challenges the face at work or improvements they feel may benefit the work environment. This opportunity is open to all employees regardless of ability.
A number of staff with ability challenges were specifically requested to consult and did in fact participate.
Whereas we are always open to feedback and input, we specifically solicit input at a monthly staff meeting.
Who we consulted:
We have had one person expressing interest and participating in giving feedback. This person identifies as having mobility, respiratory and mental disability.
